Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated. During busy periods, collection launches, public holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. If this happens, we will always do our best to keep you informed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

UAE Delivery

We offer delivery across the UAE.

* Dubai: Next-day delivery available on eligible orders
* Rest of UAE: Standard delivery within 1–3 business days

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via trusted courier partners.

International delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination, but most orders arrive within 5–8 business days once dispatched for standard delivery. Express delivery 2-3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions or other courier-related delays beyond our control.

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and any additional local charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

OTTÉ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. OTTÉ cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt or incorrect address, any re-shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
