Refund Policy

At OTTÉ, we want you to love your order. If for any reason it isn't quite right, we're happy to assit with returns or exchanges in line with the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns initiated within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that:
 

• All orginal tags are intact
• The item is unworn, unused and in perfect condition.
• The item shows no signs of wear, damage, perfume, makeup, tanning products or alterations.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable 
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

How to Request a Return

• Your order number 
• The item(s) you wish to return or exchange 
• Reason for return

Our team will guide you through the next steps

Exchanges 

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, we are happy to help.

UAE Exchanges

For local UAE exchanges , we offer a complimentary pick-up and re-delivery service for size exchanges, subject to availability.

International Exchanges

For exchanges outside the UAE, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, however we will cover the cost of the new shipment to you with a bigger or smaller size.
